BOQ & Estimator

Build a bill of quantities for a whole job. Add each work item — concrete, RCC, brickwork, plaster, flooring, paint, steel — and the estimator runs every one through the same calculation engine and totals the cement, sand, aggregate, bricks and steel, with a grand cost you can print.

How it works

Each item you add is computed with the same maths as the individual calculators — wet volume scaled to dry volume, split by mix ratio into cement, sand and aggregate; bricks from wall volume; steel from d²/162 or a kg-per-m³ slab figure. The estimator then sums identical materials across every item so you order cement once, sand once, and so on, and applies your rates for a grand total.

This estimates materials and their cost. Add the labour cost calculator for the labour side. Quantities are for planning — confirm against drawings and a detailed BOQ before ordering.

Frequently asked questions

Can I save the BOQ?
Use Print / Save as PDF — it prints a clean summary you can keep or share. Your items aren't stored anywhere.
Does it include labour and overheads?
No — materials only. Add labour separately and a margin for overheads and contingency.
Why consolidate materials?
So you place one combined order — total cement bags across all concrete, mortar and plaster items, for example — instead of item-by-item.
